  • Yes! We allow you to customize the theme of the app, including the logo and colors, as well as the Frequently Asked Questions, About Us and Contact information within the app. This allows the app to look entirely like it was developed and built by your hospice. It also lets you highlight what makes you different and why providers should use you over other hospices.

  • No, we don’t believe in long term commitments or contracts. You can prepay for 12 months to get a discount, but we still make it easy to cancel any time.

  • Timing varies, but in general after you get us your information we can have your app live within 48 hours.

  • Yes, you can. We use a web based hosting platform so we can update the app in real time, no waiting for new versions to make changes.
